Sunday School for all ages
is from 9 to 9:50am.
Children
Mayflower Christian Education believes that children are naturally spiritual. We welcome their questions and nurture an awareness of their faith tradition without fear or judgment. Just as with adults, we believe the most important lesson is learning to live with love, compassion, and generosity.

Nursery / Pre K
Children not yet in kindergarten are cared for by paid childcare staff in the nursery and young child room at the west end of the Christian Education wing in Classroom SJ. The nursery and young child room are staffed from 8:45am to 12:15pm.

Kindergarten - Fifth Grade
Students in kindergarten through fifth grade meet in Classroom 2 on Sunday mornings. The Sunday School curriculum explores stories, themes, and the Bible through art, theater, science, games, relationship building, and community service.

SOLACE — Mayflower Youth Group
SOLACE, Mayflower’s Youth Group, meets every Sunday for fellowship at 9 am and every other Wednesday night in The Haven for fun, food, and fellowship. Students in 6th through 12th grades engage in mission, activities, and relationship building as they learn to reflect God's love in the world around them.
Adult Christian Ed

Seekers
The purpose of this class is to search together for answers to life’s important questions. The class is led internally and discusses a wide range of topics from blogs, webinars, books and current events. The class has initiated projects and supported ongoing activities such as VOICE that attempt to put discussion into action. The class meets in the “Seekers Room” in the NE corner of Milligan Hall and online via Zoom.

Bible Pilgrims
This class selects passages of particular interest, reads them in several translations, and invites participants to wrestle with the text. Led by Phil Douglas, a retired Unitarian minister, this class invites people to ask questions, make connections, and explore the historical context of the texts. This class meets in Classroom 6 in the Christian Education Wing and online via Zoom.

Building Hope
This conversation-based class explores the concept of hope, finding strength in difficult times, ways of offering encouragement, and shares stories of people of all ages and stages. This class also connects with the broader church and community through participation in intergenerational classes and community service. Join onsite in Classroom 1 or online via Zoom.
