Morning Worship

Sunday at 10:15am | Sanctuary

Our familiar order of worship with a communal call to worship, hymns, anthems, prayers, scripture, and a sermon.

Which service should you attend?

Which service should you attend? It depends on where you are on life’s journey. That may be a season of Morning Prayer at 8:30am in a more intimate gathering, and at other times, engaging in Morning Worship at 10:15am with the larger crowd. You might find that there are times when you want to be present for both because that is what you need. What we know is that multiplying the ways we can respond to the Spirit will soften our hearts and strengthen our community.

Regardless of which service you attend, we’ll be glad to see you! When you arrive, you’ll find accessible parking and accessible entrances in front and behind the church building, although the main parking lot is “around back” on the north side of the church under the portico. When you enter, you’ll be greeted with a warm welcome and offered assistance with accessing our digital bulletin and assisted listening devices.

Children are a vital part of worship and are welcome in all services. Because it may be difficult for the younger crowd to sit through an entire service, children 5 & under have the option to be cared for in the Nursery (Classroom 5). During Morning Prayer at 8:30am, students in kindergarten through fifth grade.are invited to remain in the sanctuary, either sitting with their families or up front with the Director of Faith Formation. During Morning Worship at 10:15am, children in kindergarten through the fifth grade can sit with their grownups or in the first few pews with our Director of Faith Formation until the sermon, when they head to “Kids in Community,” a time to learn more about Jesus and his teachings and engage in art, science experiments, and service projects.

Welcome Room

Our Welcome Room is a place for anyone who needs more space to move around, make noise, or simply take a breath. It features a livestream of the worship service, so you won't miss a thing! The Welcome Room is located in the Parlor, across the hall from the main office, near the north entrance.
